Dental Nurse

Debbie joined the bite team in March 2026 . She completed her SQA L3 Dental Nursing & PDA Dental Nursing in 2012 in Dundee. Originally from Fife, She left general practice in 2013 and moved to Edinburgh where she worked in a specialist practice gaining a lot of experience, 5 post qualifications and skills in specialist dentistry involving assisting with Intravenous sedation and advanced sedation techniques under an anaesthetist. She has been involved in complex surgical implant dentistry from 2013-2024 but took a break from nursing whilst having her first baby.

Debbie then took on the challenge of Practice manager in a mixed NHS/practice in Bo’ness but found her passion was surgical dentistry and came back to nursing. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her 2 year old and husband and socialising with friends. She’s loves the gym and travelling when she gets a free moment.
